Safety is fundamental to the way Monarch Chemicals operates. We are committed to protecting the safety of everyone at all levels of the supply chain and work to ensure a safety-first approach is applied across our business operations.

We meet, but most often exceed, the requirements of legislation through our comprehensive management system and by also working in a controlled and diligent manner to ensure our business activities are compliant, responsible and safe.

We take a 360-degree approach to health and safety ensuring that we focus on every single aspect of our business operations instead of simply focusing on the traditional few. This is especially the case in ensuring the safety of our products in heavily regulated industries such as food, feed and cosmetics. All our production sites are registered under the Feed (Hygiene and Enforcement) Regulations, and where applicable, our processes are assessed using HACCP principles.

Our most important assets are our customers and our staff. We care deeply about their safety and well-being so go above and beyond in ensuring we practice high levels of health and safety. We observe the maximal level of awareness and implement the correct procedures and controls to maintain the highest possible standards and keep health and safety at the forefront of our operations.
