Process Operator

We are seeking Process Operators for our production facility in Sheerness. The role involves operating chemical filling equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Candidates should have at least 3 years of manufacturing/production experience and a valid FLT license.

  • Location : Sheerness, at the Monarch Chemicals production facility
  • Employment Type : Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary : Up to £30,077 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor chemical filling equipment.
  • Ensure product quality and consistency by following procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and resolve production issues.
  • Document production data accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Experience : Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing/production environment.
  • Skills : Good numeracy and literacy (GCSE or higher), strong planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Certifications : Valid FLT counterbalance licence required.
  • Attributes : Must have a proactive attitude, take pride in work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
