Our Customer Relationship Management System via ProspectSoft has been developed to give our sales team access to real-time information from our back-office systems including pricing, stock and customer sales history. This is also used to record all pre-sales enquiries and quotations, so any member of the team is able to
deal with or progress your enquiry. We have also recently introduced BSI Entropy™ Software to drive continual improvement across our business. Complementing our existing ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards Entropy™ streamlines the management, tracking and reporting of our key metrics in real-time.
